A beautiful new chapter for Sequim!

What a labor of love The Coffee Mill at the Granary has been! We've all watched this beautiful old building come back to life, cheering on the dream and the people behind it every step of the way.

Well, the vision has arrived. And what a vision it is!

It's absolutely beautiful! Warm, welcoming, full of character, and everywhere you look, there's something to admire. The staff is buzzing around, working hard and welcoming everyone through the doors. There's such a wonderful energy about the place!

How lucky are we in Sequim to have a piece of our town's history so beautifully restored and given a whole new purpose? There's something pretty special about seeing an old building brought back to life rather than watching another piece of history disappear.

Today was my first visit, and I can already tell you it won't be my last!

Bravo to everyone who made this happen! We can only imagine the countless hours, challenges, decisions, and sheer determination it took to get to this day. What an accomplishment, and what a gift to our community.

We'll treasure this beautiful place, but just as importantly, we'll treasure the story behind it. Because this isn't just about opening another coffee shop. It's about someone having a vision, believing in it, and seeing it through.

WATCH OUT, WORLD... DYLAN IS JUST GETTING STARTED!

One of the best parts of having the RE/MAX Balloon here in Sequim was meeting some pretty incredible people along the way. And one of those people was Dylan Simpler, our second-place photo contest winner!

Dylan has been pursuing his passion for photography for four years, with a special love for airplanes and aviation. He even has a photography site called “Plane Clueless” (how great is that name?!). You can view the account on Instagram.

During the balloon's visit, Dylan experienced his very first hot air balloon ride! Not only did he capture an award-winning photograph, but he also jumped right in and was a tremendous help to our balloon team that Saturday afternoon.

But what really stood out to us was Dylan himself. His enthusiasm, curiosity, willingness to lend a hand, and that wonderful smile of his were absolutely contagious!

Dylan, thank you for sharing your passion and excitement with all of us. It was such a pleasure meeting you and we can't wait to follow your photography adventures and see what you accomplish next.

Something tells us you've got a pretty spectacular flight path ahead of you! ✈️

What a wonderful week of RE/MAX Balloon excitement here in Sequim! The skies were beautiful, the cameras were clicking, and our community captured some fantastic moments!

We loved seeing the RE/MAX Balloon through YOUR eyes, and choosing just three favorites was no easy task!

And that’s a wrap!

The RE/MAX Balloon is leaving town, but what a fun week it’s been! There’s just something about seeing that big red, white and blue balloon in the air that makes you stop, look up and smile.

We loved all the excitement it brought to Sequim — the sightings, the photos, the conversations and just the pure fun of having it here.

Thanks for the memories, RE/MAX Balloon. You certainly made our little corner of the Olympic Peninsula a little more colorful this week. ❤️💙

We like to celebrate at RE/MAX Prime! After all, we have so much to be grateful for. ❤️💙

At the top of that list is Jerrin, of course. One year in, and what a year it has been!

And our priceless Dotty, who captured the memories for us today. Every person Dotty touches in this world is better for knowing her. She is truly one of a kind.

Then there’s the rest of this spectacular lineup: Michael, Debbie, Devon, Dotty, Tiffeny, Trina, Sarah, Nell, Marcus, Beverly, Kazia, Heather, Shawnna, Trisha and Pippa.

Every day, they continue to challenge themselves, grow, learn and move forward in what can be a very challenging profession — and they do it with grace, determination and a genuine love for what they do.

I think that may just be the recipe for their success.

Quite simply, they are some of the best of the best, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of this group.

Today we are celebrating Jerrin Fiorini on his one year anniversary of ownership and huge accomplishments…congratulations on a job well done.

One year ago today, Jerrin took a pretty big leap of faith and became the owner of RE/MAX Prime.

I’m not sure anyone really knows what they’re signing up for when they take on something like this. There are the exciting days, the hard days, the days when you wonder what on earth you were thinking—and then there are the days when you look around and realize you’re building something pretty special.

Over this past year, I’ve watched Jerrin learn, grow, worry, laugh, lose a little sleep, and keep showing up. Most importantly, I’ve watched how much he cares—about this firm, about the brokers who call it home, and about doing things the right way.

There’s an old line from “The Honeymooners” that always makes me laugh: “To the moon, Alice!”

Well, today I’m borrowing it for a much better reason.

To the moon, Jerrin. 🚀

One year down, and I have a feeling you’re just getting started.

Happy one-year anniversary as the owner of RE/MAX Prime. I’m proud to be along for the ride—and excited to see where year two takes us.

A crowded table. A warm kitchen. A place to come home to.

There’s something about September in the Pacific Northwest that makes us want to slow down just a little.

The mornings get crisp. The evenings come earlier. The garden starts giving us its last gifts of the season—and suddenly, we’re thinking about soup, fresh bread, good friends and who’s coming for dinner.
