"Michele worked with my brother and myself to help us sell my father's house. It was an estate sale. Both my brother and I are located out of the area. The house needed a fair amount of upgrading. Michele was very instrumental in recommending and coordinating several trades that were necessary. We had flooring replaced, carpet, and linoleum. The entire inside of the house repainted, and the heat pump replaced. The house was then cleaned. An offer came quickly, and escrow was flawless. Michele has excellent knowledge of the area, and a fine network of reliable contractors. I can’t thank her enough.
