After an easy drive up to Seven Devils, HeathBrooke greets visitors with a large front-and-side porch just above 3,700 feet in elevation. The cabin is well-furnished with furniture and decor that will make you feel at home. It is not a cookie-cutter log cabin, but instead an updated mountain farm house. A strong WiFi signal reaches every room and out onto the porch. Televisions in the living room, each bedroom and the loft have reliable cable with an expanded channel lineup (much more than basic channels). The large screen TV in the living room is also a smart TV, which makes it easy to watch Netflix, Hulu or other TV subscriptions. If you enjoy cooking family meals on vacation, you'll find the kitchen to be one of the better-stocked kitchens available in a rental cabin. The handcrafted dining room table seats 6 to 8, and the kitchen counter has four seats. A four-burner grill just outside the kitchen makes it easy to grill for a crowd. Firm new mattresses, plus soft, clean and comfortable sheets and bath towels will noticeably enrich your stay.
