The QRS2 community is supported by Metropolis Condominium Management Inc, located at 4307 Gallatin Street, Hyattsville, MD 20781. Their office is open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM and closed on Federal holidays. For an emergency such as reporting a property issue which presents a hazard or will result in property damage, you may also call 301-779-1800 at any time. An on-call technician will be contacted after business hours. In the event of life-threatening emergency, always call 911 first! After hours in a non-emergency situation, homeowners and residents can call Fastrac at 301-825-8881 any time day or night to leave a message, which is automatically transcribed and sent to Metropolis via email. You can also email Metropolis at [email protected] at any time. ALL OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE INCLUDING ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE REQUESTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO METROPOLIS SO THEY CAN BE CONTROLLED AND RESPONDED TO.
