These two😍 My heart is literally exploding with joy, excitement, and happiness for all they’ve accomplished and all that’s still ahead for them.

Alexia started working for me when she was just 15 and continued helping me even when she was in college. She is one of my favorites and everyone knows it😉 Fast forward to this year, she married Mark, the most perfect person for her, and they were ready to buy their first home.

Thankfully, Alexia forgave me (mostly) for the years of scrubbing walls and picking up cigarette butts in the parking lot and allowed me to help them buy their first home!

Plans changed throughout their search as they often do. Sometimes it takes some time to really zero in on where you want to be and why. Then, when you find the one, you just know.

Huge congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their dream home!! 🏡 ❤️🏡

This transaction was so meant to be from start to finish! My friend messaged me while I was on vacation and said, “we want to buy a house and we’d like you to be our realtor”. I was like, “awesome, I am back in town on Saturday, so excited to work with you all on this!! “

…… then she sent me the listing for the house that she already fell in love with at a spur of the moment open house. This was not just a house, it was stunning and absolutely perfect for them. This was their dream home that would allow them room to spread out and allow them to take in their aging parents. We needed to act fast, because this home wasn’t going to last!

I called the listing agent right away and had a good conversation about the seller’s needs and found out there were two offers already in hand. My clients submitted a great offer and found out a few days later that their offer was accepted!! 🎉🎉

The sellers were absolutely wonderful to my clients, thankfully, because they only moved next door😉

This beautiful townhome just sold on Monday! The seller did such a great job of getting it ready to list. She listened to all of my recommendations and then some! I couldn’t be happier or more proud to list this property! It showed beautifully!

We were under contract after just 3 days on the market with multiple offers. We sold at list price with favorable terms to the seller and were able to close in 3 weeks!

It is incredibly important to prepare your home well and list at the right price. There were similar homes in the area with more updates that listed high and had to negotiate down to get under contract for a lower price than this home.
