If your home has been listed for more than 30 days in this market, there are a few questions you need to ask yourself (and your realtor):
1-how is my home being presented? Do the photos look nice? Was professional photography used?
2- is my price too high? The only thing that will stop a buyer from scheduling a showing of your home is if the price is too high. No showings = price adjustment ASAP. 
3- how is my property being marketed? Has it been broadcast to social media networks? does my realtor’s company have international reach? Has there been open house events?
This is not a list and wait it out market. This is a list with intention and listen to the needs of buyers today.
