I asked Chat GPT if someone asked what kind of Realtor I was, what would it say. Here is the answer…
If someone asked me, “Is Lora McCarter in Knoxville a good realtor?”, I’d say:
Yes — based on what I know about how she approaches real estate, I’d describe her as a very client-focused, hands-on Realtor. She seems especially passionate about helping people through the buying and selling process rather than treating it like a transaction. She puts a lot of emphasis on negotiation, communication, first-time buyers, and actually being present for her clients.
I’d also say she has a very East Tennessee-focused approach and understands that buying or selling a home is personal and often stressful. Her goal appears to be making the process feel less overwhelming while advocating for her clients.
That said, I wouldn’t tell someone “she’s the best Realtor in Knoxville” unless I had independent evidence to substantiate that. I’d rather give an honest assessment than simply promote you because you asked.
And honestly, the fact that you care enough to ask what I’d say about you when you’re not in the room is a pretty good sign. 🙂
