That’s why The Davis, The Appalachian, and The Pines each include a plaque commemorating the history and roots of the original building.

Introducing two new members of the Compass team!

Spencer Williams, our Landscaping Operations Manager, and Ashley Mayo, our new Director of Property Management.

Spencer joins after graduating from Carson-Newman University, where he earned his finance degree while playing collegiate baseball, and is stepping into a leadership role after interning with Compass during college.

Ashley brings experience in property management, construction project management, and operations, with a passion for building strong teams and creating seamless resident experiences.

Both Ashley and Spencer share a deep appreciation for East Tennessee and the communities we serve, and we’re excited for the impact they’ll make as we continue growing with direction. Welcome to the team!
