Most short term rental Instagram bios do one of two things: describe the property, or describe the owner.

Neither one tells a potential guest or direct booking lead what to do next.

Not every client is the right client, and I stopped pretending otherwise a long time ago.

We built our systems so every hospitality brand we work with feels like our only one, but that only works when it's a good fit both ways. I want to enjoy the work. I want to respect the people I'm doing it with πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Boundaries aren't bad for business. They're what make the work sustainable enough to actually get results for the clients who are the right fit 🀝

If an influencer campaign fills your slow season, brings in direct bookings, and puts your property in front of thousands of the right travelers... that's not an expense. That's an investment.

Stop looking at collabs as a line item and start looking at them as a booking strategy 🀎😘

No one tells you that running a business will bring you to your knees, literally.

There's no boss to blame, no clear instructions, and some months, no guarantee any of it works out no matter how hard you worked or how right you did everything.

I have prayed over decisions I had no business making alone. Sat at my kitchen table in the middle of the night surrendering my business to God's will. Faith didn't make the uncertainty disappear or the numbers add up faster. What it gave me was somewhere to put the weight that was never mine to carry alone.

If you've ever built something you couldn't control and found yourself praying over a spreadsheet, you're not alone in that.

Most Airbnb investors have stunning properties and a social media presence that doesn't come close to reflecting them.

The gap isn't effort.

It's not having a system built for this industry.

The Match Point Method is the done-for-you marketing system built specifically for short-term rental brands.

Content that converts - not just content that posts.
Strategy that positions your brand where it belongs.
Ads that put your property in front of guests who are ready to book direct.
Email sequences that turn your OTA guests into direct booking guests.
Reporting tied to real outcomes, not vanity numbers.

One system. Every piece of your marketing. Done for you.

"Post every day" is the advice everyone gives and almost nobody questions.

I work with hosts running 5+ properties, and the ones who tried daily posting didn't grow faster. They just burned out faster, usually by week three.

Here's the part that gets missed: volume doesn't fix a weak hook. It doesn't fix a page with no clear reason to follow. It just means more people scroll past the same problem, more often.

Does frequency ever matter? Yes. Around a launch or a big push, I'll tell you to post more myself. But frequency as your whole strategy is expensive and it's not the lever that's actually broken.

A strong hook posted three times a week will outperform a mediocre one posted daily, and it costs a lot less to produce.

Comment GROWTH and I'll send you the framework we use instead of a daily posting calendar.

Airbnb's new "direct booking link" isn't what it sounds like.

It still books on their platform, under their rules, with them owning the guest relationship. A lower fee isn't the same as owning your bookings.

Real direct bookings happen on a site you own, with a guest list you control. That's the difference between borrowing someone else's audience and owning your brand.

Comment DIRECT and I'll walk you through what actually counts.

we asked the team: what's the one thing that makes you book (or not book) a short-term rental? πŸ‘‡

turns out, we're all a little specific. and honestly? your guests are too.

here's what we look for when we're the ones swiping through listings - straight from the people who spend their days building brands for STR owners and Airbnb investors.

spoiler: it's not just a coffee bar and a ring light.

the STR owners who get this right? they're the ones building direct booking brands, not just listing amenities on a platform hoping someone bites.

drop yours in the comments: what's the one amenity that makes or breaks a booking for you? πŸ‘‡
