My goal is never just to get a property sold, it’s to make sure my clients feel informed, supported, and taken care of from start to finish. So thankful Kristina trusted me to help with her STR property! 🏡⛰️

Thinking about selling your cabin, home or investment property? I’d love to have a conversation about what it could be worth in today’s market.

🐻 Baby Bears & Builds this Monday morning!

Started the week with a cutest traffic jam 😂 and then headed out to preview a new build on behalf of my buyers!

One of my favorite parts of what I do being boots on the ground, checking out properties in person, and making sure my clients get more than what they can see through a listing online. Want more info on this new build-listed in office? Link in comments

Just another Monday morning in the Smokies! 🐻🤎

POV: You’re my out-of-state buyer and say, “Can you video the property for us?”

Absolutely.

And by “video the property,” I drive the roads, check the views, walk every level, inspect the outdoor spaces… and personally test the loft access. 😅

Because pictures can make just about anything look good but THIS is why you have me here. 😂🏡

Your Smoky Mountain boots on the ground… questionable loft ladders and all. 🫡

CLOSED! 🏡⛰️ 42.5 acres in the Smokies!

This one was extra special. My seller lives out of state and trusted me to be her boots on the ground here in Tennessee, helping navigate the sale of her family’s investment from start to finish.

That kind of trust is something I never take lightly.

So thankful for the people who allow me to represent them, advocate for them, and take care of the details when they can’t be here themselves.

Grateful to do this business in a place I love so much. ⛰️🏡

Labor Day looks a little different in real estate! 🇺🇸🏡

Today I’m headed out to tour three cabins for an out-of-state investor video walkthroughs, checking roads, neighborhoods, and all the things you can’t see from an MLS listing!

You don’t have to be local to invest in the Smokies… you just need someone local in your corner.

And reviews like this? They mean everything. ✨

Happy Labor Day and grateful to be a boots on the ground Smoky Mountain Realtor! ⛰️

🍁✨🍂 the most beautiful time of the year is coming!!

🍁 When will fall colors peak in the mountains? Save this guide! 🍂

One of the best things about fall in the Smokies and Southern Appalachians is that peak color doesn’t happen everywhere at once. It generally works its way down the mountains — starting at the highest elevations and gradually moving into the valleys.

🏔️ Early October: Head for the highest elevations
🍁 Mid-October: Look for color across the higher mountain regions
🍂 Late October: Peak color moves toward Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, North Georgia, Asheville, and other lower elevations

That means there are weeks of opportunities to chase fall color throughout the mountains!

📌 SAVE this guide for your fall trip and SHARE it with someone who loves autumn in the mountains.

Where are YOU planning to see the fall colors this year? 🍁👇
