We recently had the chance to enjoy a meal at Five Oaks Farm Kitchen, and it was such a great experience! Our group sampled a little bit of everything, including the fried catfish, chicken and dumplings, smokehouse chicken, fried chicken, and banana pudding. Everything was tasty, and the service was quick, which is always a win when you’re ready to dig in after a busy day exploring the Smokies. If you’re looking for a unique and relaxing stop while visiting the Smoky Mountains, we recently discovered the cutest little plant shop in Pigeon Forge called The Micro Garden 🌿

During our latest family trip to Bear Waves, we spent some time exploring the shop and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was peaceful, fun, and full of beautiful plants ranging from tiny terrariums to exotic tropicals. It felt like stepping into a tiny indoor jungle tucked away in the Smokies.
