$300,000 of your hard-earned money for a home that looks okay from the outside? Why not? ...I mean, it looks fine. I'm sure it is. Well... let's go ahead and pay that inspector guy to check it. Just in case...
Hmmm. A beam that supports the floor should have solid support under it, not rotting wood that isn't even touching the ground. That might be the reason the tennis ball I placed on the floor rolled all the way across the house and kept gaining speed...😬
Hello!!! This is why you pay me to CHECK IT! (see what I did there? haha) Foundation problems inside a crawlspace can't be seen from the street. I will dawn my hazmat suit, protective mask, and flashlight to go crawl around to find what is concealed that could possibly be a huge issue.
Don't risk your biggest investment by skipping a home inspection when buying a home. Even new construction can have little issues. No home is perfect, but what you don't know or can't see could be a big deal down the road, costing you tens of thousands of dollars.
Let me give you peace of mind when buying your home.
