Big congratulations to Laiken Morrow on her promotion to Property Manager at The Villas at Kyker Ferry! 🎉

Laiken joined Universal Living in 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager at Universal at Thompson Creek and quickly discovered she wanted to build a long-term career with our team. Through her dedication and commitment to learning, she's earned this exciting new opportunity.

Pool season is officially here! ☀️🏊‍♂️

Our community pool is now open for residents and their accompanied guests to enjoy. As you head out for some fun in the sun, please help us keep the pool area safe and enjoyable for everyone:

• Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult
• No food, alcohol, glassware, or animals permitted in the pool area
• No running or diving
• First aid kits are available in the clubhouse
• Adults should avoid swimming alone

Additional pool rules are posted inside the pool area. We can’t wait to see everyone enjoying the season safely! 🌊
