is a real estate title company providing closing services including title and escrow services. We were founded in October, 2007, by Douglas S. Our staff is highly qualified and trained to conduct all aspects of real estate closing. Our company is headed by Douglas S. Yates, who specializes in real estate law. Yates attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, Knoxville, Tennessee, receiving a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Highest Honors; and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Georgia, graduating with Highest Honors. He has in excess of 25 years experience in real estate law, including residential, commercial, leasehold, estates and 1031 exchanges. Our company's Managing Title Agent is Donna McClure Chandler. Chandler attended Sevier County High School and completed her paralegal certification at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She has 32 years legal experience with 19 of those years dedicated to real estate closings. Cynthia Huskey Cravens is a Senior Title Agent who has 15 years closing experience, dealing primarily in the manufactured home area of real estate. She is highly specialized in this area and provides excellent services. She is a graduate of Sevier County High School. Rebekkah May and Brittany Williamson are our closing coordinators and are responsible for customer service, general office duties and assisting the closing agents. They are both graduates of Sevier County High School.

✨ CLOSED at $1,200,000! ✨

Sometimes a property just needs a fresh approach! We took this one off the market, strengthened the advertising, refreshed the photos and relaunched it with a new strategy and BANG… three offers by the second day back on the market! 🙌

This closing is a great reminder that presentation, positioning and marketing truly matter. I’m so thankful my sellers trusted me to step back, get creative and give this beautiful Smokies property the fresh start it needed.
