Sometimes a property just needs a fresh approach! We took this one off the market, strengthened the advertising, refreshed the photos and relaunched it with a new strategy and BANG… three offers by the second day back on the market! 🙌

This closing is a great reminder that presentation, positioning and marketing truly matter. I’m so thankful my sellers trusted me to step back, get creative and give this beautiful Smokies property the fresh start it needed.

In observance of Memorial Day, our office will be closed on Monday. This day is dedicated to honoring and remembering the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday.

The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery has been continuously guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week since July 2, 1937.

* 1926: Soldiers were first assigned to guard the tomb—but only during daylight hours.

* July 2, 1937: The guard was expanded to a round-the-clock (24/7) watch, which has never stopped since

So, as of today, the tomb has been under continuous, 24/7 guard for nearly 90 years, in all weather and conditions—a powerful symbol of respect and remembrance.

Visiting Arlington Cemetery and watching the Changing of the Guard was one of the most moving things I have ever witnessed.
