This turn of the century renovated farmhouse was once the main house of the Castleberry Estate in Sewanee, TN on the domain of the University of the South. The shotgun style home was added on to over the years until purchased by the Rast Family in 2007. The hardwood floors were restored in some rooms, while some of the original touches such as a farmhouse sink and kitchen cabinets have been left in tact. The house sits on 1.7 acres and includes a barn and another outbuilding.
