Feeling grateful for the little moments that make our community so special ❤️

Yesterday around lunchtime, I made a stop in Monteagle to pick up some fuel for my wife, and I to help us finish the day strong, I grabbed two WONDERFUL teas from Monteagle Nutrition and then stopped by Mountain Goat Market for some AMAZING food — both were exactly what we needed!

Supporting local businesses is one of my favorite parts of living and working in this area. Monteagle truly has some hidden gems, and these two spots are definitely worth a visit if you’re passing through town.

Meanwhile, the kids voted for McDonald's and were thrilled about that!
