Congratulations to Ashleigh on purchasing her very first home, and to Gabe and Paige on the sale of theirs!

After renting downtown and enjoying the convenience of walking to work, Ashleigh was hoping to find a home that would let her keep that same lifestyle. With Pamela helping her along the way, she found a place that checked every box on her list.

A few other downtown homes came along during the search, but there was just something about this one that felt right. ❤️ Now, Ashleigh is officially a homeowner and couldn’t be more thrilled to make this house her home!

For Gabe and Paige, this sale marks the close of one chapter and the beginning of a new adventure! Kylee had the privilege of working with them for several years - first helping them navigate the home search, and now, years later, helping them sell as they prepare for an exciting future in Arizona. A full-circle moment! 🏡✨

Four years ago, Annie helped Hailey purchase this property (first photo from 4 years ago), and now she’s had the privilege of helping her sell it and move on to her next chapter. We love getting to be part of these journeys, from the excitement of buying a place to the bittersweet feeling of selling it years later.

Congratulations to Karen, Josh (Josh working), and Luna on the purchase of their new home! Kylee loved helping them navigate the ups and downs of becoming first-time homebuyers, from submitting offers and facing a few disappointments to getting back out there, negotiating, and finally getting the keys to the right home for their family. ❤️

Celebrating the closing of Forest Tides & Treasures. ❤️

This one feels a little bittersweet.

It has been such a privilege to work with Cliff and Linda through the process of selling the business they spent years building. Forest Tides & Treasures is a reflection of so much hard work, dedication, and love, and it has been really special to help them make this transition and navigate the process — from valuation to closing.

Selling a business that means so much to you isn’t an easy decision, but Cliff and Linda were able to create an exit strategy that allowed them to retire from the business they built and start a whole new chapter.

We’re always posting about the great people and homes we get to help with every week, but we rarely have the time to post personal stuff.
Today a few of us in the office had time for a quick lunch break. We 💕 the time we get to spend together and eating cake by the ocean is a special treat!

🎉 Happy Closing Day to our sellers and buyers! 🏡🔑

This was such a fun one for our team!

Annie represented the sellers, completing a CMA last winter and having everything ready to go when they were ready to list and relocate to Anchorage. We were also happy to connect them with a fantastic agent in Anchorage for their next chapter!

Pamela represented the buyers—local Seward residents and first-time homebuyers who had spent years searching for the perfect home on their own. They reached out to Pamela this spring, and with a little guidance and a helping hand, they found it! 🥰🏡
