Welcome to our office, Gerard! We're so happy to have you on our team. 🌿🌟

We're happy to welcome Gerard Fox, the newest agent to our Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Maturo - Gloucester County office! 🌟🌿 Gerard loves houses. With a background in residential remodeling and restoration, he has worked on projects as small as a coat of paint and as big as full restorations. After purchasing his first home in 2021 Gerard immediately deleted the real estate apps, usually a victorious moment for a new homeowner. Just a week later, however, he had re-downloaded the apps and was looking at real estate every day once again. It was a real estate love affair, and that’s when he knew he had to work in the real estate market.

Now, Gerard’s mission is to help both buyers and sellers navigate the choppy waters of the real estate market. He puts extra emphasis on helping first-time homebuyers because homeownership is a cornerstone of the American dream. Gerard believes anyone can make a plan, execute it and own their own home.

Please join us in welcoming Nakiea Alexander to our BHGRE Maturo team! 🌿🌟 Nakiea is a new realtor as of last year, and she lives in the Sicklerville area with her husband and two boys. She has a hospitality background, having worked in hotels and in the corporate housing industry since 2003, and is excited about her transition to the Better Homes & Garden Real Estate Team!
She's a "cat lady" who enjoys learning about how the mind works, loves to make vanilla lattes at home, and absolutely LOVES sushi.
