Still going with my fruit and veggies. I did have a some fruit salad earlier.

Not sure what I’m having for dinner. I’m still full from my late lunch (the kale at the end was last nights dinner)

early morning - juice

Breakfast - avocado and tomato with everything but the bagel seasoning and chili crunch seasoning

Lunch - sautéed veggies on lettuce wrap.
Broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions and red bell peppers seasoned with garlic powder, ground ginger, onion powder, and umami seasoning and made a sauce of sesame sauce, low sodium soy sauce, chili crunch oil and chili crunch searing along with the same seasonings for the veggies.

But that dang Shalom got me this morning and afternoon, I mean hours of punching my stomach! 🤣

Pre-breakfast- Shalom juice
Breakfast -heirloom tomatoes with everything bagel and green goddess seasoning.

Lunch - green beans and oyster mushrooms with umami seasoning and chili crunch seasoning

Snack - fruit salad

Dinner- kale greens (now cooking in the instant pot)

I feel good! Can’t wait to really get back to my workout routine.

Day 8 of my juice fast is going ok, I’m very late drinking my lunch juice but it’s fine.

I’m back at trying to strengthen and tone. 💪

My next goal is getting back on the bike.

I’m getting ready for the next 7 days of just fruit and veggies which I may have over done it at the farmers market, produce junction and Trader Joe’s. 🤣

It’s on! I decided to do a 7 day juice fast…just my natural juices from .co and water.

This is not for the weak! Let me tell you!

I’ve been outside eating and drinking more than my body is used to. I made the decision that I needed a reset and this is it!

I’m glad to be able to work from home because I need to be very close to my bathroom. I think this is pulling out food I ate 10 years ago..lol

I’ll let you know how this week goes.
