Stacy Carling - Realtor My name is Stacy Lynn Carling and I would like to introduce myself. I would like to be your first resource for all of your real estate needs.

I am a real estate associate and a member of Curcio Real Estate Partners at Re/Max Preferred and also one of your neighbors. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I just recently moved to South Jersey from Central PA where I worked in property management for the past almost 6 years as both a leasing agent and property manager for a luxury apartment community. I worked to negotiate lease terms

and marketing for the community. In 2011 and 2014 I won 1st place Leasing and Marketing Excellence and in 2014 I won Leasing Professional of the Year with the Central Pennsylvania Apartment Association. While working in property management I became interested in real estate and decided to pursue a new career path. I am very detail orientated and organized. I will take my negotiation and marketing skills to help you through the buying/selling process. I grew up in Harford County Maryland and later moved to York, Pennsylvania in 2009. I moved to Sicklerville this past September. I am extremely passionate about dogs and enjoy reading. My favorite pastime is spending time with my family and 2 dogs. In my career as a full time realtor I will take the passion and energy I have always worked with and use my great attention to detail to provide my clients with excellent service. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I want you to be confident that I will be there with you every step of the way. Excellent advice. If you are in the process of buying a new home there are some things that you want to avoid doing until after settlement as any change in your credit or income can cause delays in closing and even can cause the deal to fall through.

For buyers closing on a home, the adage “loose lips sink ships” is pretty darn spot-on when it comes to what rolls out of their mouths at settlement.
