Team Leader, Peter Sideris, has been a Realtor since 2005 and specializes in Commercial sales, rentals and businesses as well as Residential Real Estate. With over 30 years experience in businesses of his own (3 diners, 3 dry cleaners, 1 pizzeria and a bridal store), Peter uses his knowledge to help his clients and understanding their needs. Having background in home repairs and remodeling, he has
an eye for picking up on repairs needed and how to address them. With his handy and know-how attitude and being able to relate to his clients as an owner, buyer and agent, most refer to him as "MacGyver." Recognized for his success, he has been awarded as an NJ Circle of Excellence winner 2007, 2010-2012. His team of other agents (and mostly family) help in assisting all of their clients needs are taken care of and that no detail is missed. Administrative Assistant and Realtor, Anastasia "Ana" Whittingham is the daughter of Peter. Having been licensed since 2007 and a background in administration and marketing, for almost 10 years, her attention to detail, creativity, and problem solving, are some of her strengths. In addition to the range of residential sales, she has successfully assisted in closing over 100 short sale properties. Residential is not all she handles though, Ana also has experience in Commercial Real Estate having worked hand in hand with her father in their own businesses as well as in Real Estate. As our Team Assistant and Marketing Director, it is her job to handle the amount of details involved with any sale. With her expertise, dedication and organization, you can have a worry free transaction, and know that things are being handled professionally and accurately. Residential Specialist of Team Sideris, Christine "Chrissy" Vassiliu, having a background in sales, customer service and management, utilizes her experience to help her clients. She prides herself on exceeding her clients expectations and providing quality service. She knows the importance of understanding the market and being able to relay current information to her buyers and sellers. Chrissy works with a range of clients from first time home buyers, investors, repeat customers, to sellers of short sales as well as your typical sale. Although residential is her main focus, Chrissy also has experience and is prepared to assist you with your Commercial needs as well having been a business owner and operator herself. In her spare time, she is active in various community organizations such as networking groups and church organizations. Sales Associate Christina Metz, though new to Team Sideris, brings an unique and valued perspective to the team. Christina has spent over 20 years in sales focusing on Home Improvement, Installation, and Customer Service. She understands the importance of putting the clients needs first and treats all her clients like they are the only client. In her spare time, she is Vice President of Operations for Baking Memories 4 Kids, a non profit foundation that provides children with life threatening diseases and their families trips to Orlando based theme parks. She sees on a daily basis the importance of providing a place that is truly magical and she can do that for you too.
