Most people think closing day is the end. I've always seen it as the beginning.

About 80% of my business comes from referrals, and that only happens when you stay genuinely connected to the people you've helped. Not just at closing, but years later. Through new babies and graduations, neighborhood events and life changes.

This recent closing in Quaker Valley came directly from two families I helped years ago who were kind enough to introduce us to their friends. That kind of trust doesn't come from a transaction. It comes from a relationship.
