12/31/2025
I've stared at this goal sheet for 12 months. It taunted me until it motivated me.
When .english presented it to me in January, I took one look and slid it right back across the desk to her. I sold 32 houses in 2024, nearly $12.5 million in real estate, and I couldn't imagine having sold $1 more. It had been a year of growth both personally and professionally, but I felt the growing pains in my bones. I had already achieved more production than I ever dreamed possible. As a newer agent, as a solo agent, as a single mom juggling four kids' schedules. It felt heavy and the idea of selling 25% more felt impossible. But I hung it in my office anyhow.
My own goal for 2025 was to find balance. I hired the most amazing assistant, , found a reliable and flexible nanny, and started to develop processes within my business to create efficiency.
As the year went on all of those puzzle pieces fell into place and I felt my energy shift. I believe "good attracts good" and as I organized my life and my business, the balance I manifested became reality. And with it - maybe not all that suprisingly - came further success. By mid summer, I stared down that goal sheet and realized I might just be able to get pretty close.
I'm beyond thrilled to tell you that I didn't just meet my sale goal, I exceeded it. Honestly though, the success of 2025 was not in the numbers - although I'm proud of those too and they're worth sharing later this week - it was in the balance. There were plenty of late nights and lots of crazy spring days, but overall this year felt lighter. I was able to travel - Cabo, Key West, Hershey, OBX, Universal Studios, and the Bahamas - able to find time to invest in my own self care, and able to spend time with those most important to me.
I'm thankful for this past year. For the clients who trusted me to help them buy, sell, or rent. For the support of an amazing brokerage that believes in me and motivates me. For the referrals and kind words spoken in rooms I wasn't in. And for a life I didn't know was possible just a few years ago.
I'm ready for you, 2026. I can't wait to see what this year brings!
