Looking in the review is helpful no matter the time of year.

Last year by June I sold $12m in Real Estate between PA and Florida. After 13+ years in the industry and working 2 distinct separate markets, I was in need of a reset. I thought with the dramatic changes in our industry, it was a great time to take 3 months off to recharge my battery and educate myself on all the changes in both Pa & Fl as they handle things differently in each state. It was a wonderful time of reflection, golf (still awful), learning mah jong, reading with 2 book clubs, rekindling my weird love of knitting, time spent with family, focused on my health, and for the first time in 12 years I did not work on vacation! We tooled around Portugal for over 2 weeks eating and drinking our way through the most beautiful cites, countryside and beaches! Before I knew it 3 months turned to 6 and 6 turned into almost 12 months! Now I have a feel for what retirement might look like but I am definitely not ready! I missed my work , my service to others and being an expert in my profession.

It has been a whirlwind this quarter. One of my favorites things we did was host our annual Meat & Mayhem - Pittsburgh Edition! We love hosting our friends, family, neighbors and customers for an epic day of Steeler Football, Music, Games and MEAT (vegetarian options were provided, I even made TOFU).
