After a lot of thought and consideration, I’m excited to officially announce that I have joined Atlas Smoky Mountains Realty! 🏡

I have absolutely LOVED my time with the Collins Group at Realty Executives Smoky Mountains. The last 4 years have been such a blessing, and I’m incredibly thankful for the friendships, support, and relationships I’ve built during my time there. I’m truly going to miss seeing everyone all the time — but this definitely isn’t goodbye. 🤍

An amazing opportunity presented itself, and I knew this move was the right decision for myself, my family, and my business.

At the end of the day, though… I’m still me. 😊

Still the same homesteading country girl who will bend over backwards for her clients — especially first-time home buyers, Veterans, and families looking for a place to call home.

This one is special to me. 🤍

In early April, I received a referral from Veterans United and was introduced to Curtis — a proud Army Veteran who had just received some heartbreaking news.

After renting the same home for almost 15 years, his landlord sent him a text message saying the property was being sold and he needed to be out by the 30th.

Panic mode understandably set in.

But I assured Curtis we were going to tackle the deadline, find him a home he loved, and make him a homeowner. And last Friday… that’s exactly what happened. 🎉

There were a lot of emotions tied to this transaction, and honestly, I completely understood where Curtis was coming from. He had faithfully paid his rent, on time, every single month for years — yet his future was still ultimately controlled by someone else’s decision.

Thankfully, this story has a happy ending. Curtis is now a homeowner, and his future is his own. 🏡✨

But I also know there are so many people out there in a similar situation. Just because you’ve rented for years or have what feels like an “air-tight lease” doesn’t always mean stability is guaranteed.
