- 60% Dominant (Field/Body) Color: The primary color for your siding, stucco, or brick, covering the largest area.
- 30% Secondary (Trim) Color: Used for window frames, fascia boards, and door casings, typically contrasting with the body color.
- 10% Accent Color: A bold color for features like your front door, shutters, or house numbers.

🛠️ Other Essential Rules:
- Fixed Elements: Match colors to permanent items like the roof or brick that won’t be painted.
