Mailboxes are getting hit on regular basis because people are distracted or going way to fast. Slow down! If you hit a mailbox have enough respect to let owners know. If you don’t slow down then I’m going to try to get speed bumps put in. I don’t want them but if I need to then I will.

I have heard from a owner in the neighborhood that there was a dog shot and killed by a gun possibly with a silencer and the police suspect they might be shooting towards houses. Be very diligent and watch your pets and if you hear anything call the police

There is a gentleman driving a dark blue or black car and is from AT&T. We don’t allow solicitors and please advise him he needs to come see us first and we will ask him to leave voluntarily or he will be removed involuntarily.

Just FYI… we don’t allow political signs at the entrance of the subdivision. It’s private property.

There were two dogs loose and just killed a cat in my neighbors yard. I was unable to get pictures of dogs. If you see these dogs please let me know.
