Be sure to hire an experienced inspector! We are looking out for YOU!

Imagine buying a home only to find out several months later that there are expensive problems that will cost thousands of dollars to fix. Having an experienced Certified Home Inspector on your side will greatly reduce the risk involved in purchasing a home. Take a look at some of my findings that previous clients did not know about (see photos). Remember, the cost of a great home inspection is by

far cheaper than buying a home without one later to learn there were unexpected issues that could cost you thousands of dollars to repair on your own after taking ownership~

I haven't touched base with everyone in a while here. So many satisfied customers with only a few that were displeased. After reading the poor ratings, I realize people do it to themselves.

So I say that to say this, please read the agreement form that I send out to you (by email) prior to the inspection. It will alleviate most of your headaches. Read the report thoroughly, call me with questions and concerns immediately, not like the 1 star raters who text me 2,6,18 months later with an issue that they claim was there when I inspected their house, that doesn't fly. I have made great connections with many clients and have enjoyed spending time with so many of you. A few unhappy people that are going to blame me for their neglect will not stop me from supplying the best service I can to everyone. I'm grateful for my job and love meeting people!

THIS IS WORTH READING: i have recently had a home owner, where i inspected his house for a potential buyer, add a 1 star rating on this page. I enquired about it to see if i could find more out about this to better myself. Sellers are often very stand off with buyers, buyers inspectors, pest control company and buyers realtor. Usually, its because they have something to hide, sometimes, they are just people that nobody can every satisfy, people that dwell more on complaining and degrading others than wake up everyday with a happy, good attitude. CUSTOMERS AND HOMEOWNERS, if you would like me to take my boots off, i will, the reason i leave them on when not dirty, is because over 10 years ago, i picked up a sewing pin embedded in carpet in the bottom of my foot, luckily it didn't stick deep in my foot. So there is a reason i keep my PPE (personal protective equipment) on during all inspections. Inspecting can be dangerous.

What a great January to start 2015, 7th year in beautiful tennessee, 11 years of service, looking forward to serving all the Realtors in my immediate circle and build more and more strong relationships.

met two wonderful realtors today on the job, Dee Dee Burnette at one inspection, Debbie Ishak at another inspection. Love when I get to meet sweet, wonderful realtors.

i was called upon by a client to do a home inspection, the Realtor (which i will not say a name) wanted them to use who 'she' wanted to do the inspection, the client chose me however. When I went to do the inspection, the interior was so full of stored items in the garage, furnished and stored items throughout the lived in portion, that many things to be inspected got bypassed. even after a signed agreement form was handed over to me that had preparation tips in making the house readily accessible for inspector, the house was not prepared for inspection. The inspection on the 1200 square foot house took only 50 minutes due to limitations and being a slab foundation (meaning I did not crawl a crawlspace). The realtor pulled me aside when I proclaimed that I was finished, had nasty words to say even going as far as saying that she was going to bad mouth me to the real estate community in attempt to hurt my business. The preparation tips were provided to the client and realtor yet they did nothing to see that anything at the house was going to be accessible- electrical panel, water heater, hvac unit, electrical outlets/switches, attic, accessibility to windows. I did what I could with what I had to work with, yet when some realtors don't get their way in directing their clients to who they want the inspector to be, they bad mouth the inspector that does get the job. I guess thats just the way it will always be. thank goodness for all the GREAT realtors out there, the ones I work with and the ones I "haven't worked with yet"!

10 years in business, what have i heard that the "Realtor" wants out of my service? two things, do a good job and don't scare my clients out of the house... Alamo Home Inspections has done just that for 10 years, as a matter of fact, it was part of my training at champions School of Real Estate in Houston TX.
