It was closing day for this Medora cutie🥰

We were all super pumped to get an accepted offer on day 1🙌

It went back on the market almost immediately after..because life😢

But then the stars realigned and pended again within just hours of being back on the market🤩

Despite all that, we STILL closed it within 30 days🥳🥳🥳

2nd year I met my cap of 12k🎓

2nd year I’ll enjoy 6 WHOLE months of 100% COMMISSION💵(minus $315 transaction fee)
