Nothing warms the body, the heart, and the soul quite like a hearty home-cooked meal on a rainy day. 🌧️❤️🍲

Tender chunks of beef, slow-cooked for over two hours until they practically melt in your mouth, simmering in a rich sauce of caramelized onions, crushed tomatoes, beef broth and spices—low and slow until every bite is juicy, tender and packed with flavor. 🤤

And underneath it all… fluffy basmati rice, cooked in beef broth with aromatic spices and finished with a little butter, because plain water simply wasn’t invited to this dinner. 😂🧈

Rich. Savory. Warm. Comforting.

The kind of meal that makes you forget it’s raining outside… while secretly hoping it keeps raining so you have an excuse for seconds. ☔️🍚🥩

Only in Sherman Oaks. 💙

Spotted this little beauty parked along Ventura Boulevard today and, of course, I had to stop and take a picture.

One of my favorite things about real estate is that you’re constantly out exploring neighborhoods—and sometimes the neighborhood gives you something completely unexpected.

A powder-blue MOKE on Ventura?
Very Sherman Oaks. Very California. 😎🌴

And since we’re here… a quick Sherman Oaks real estate snapshot 🏡

The latest neighborhood data shows a median sale price of about $1.54 million, up approximately 6.7% year-over-year, with homes averaging around 50 days on market.

And the recent sales really show how varied Sherman Oaks can be—from homes around the $1.2M–$1.5M range to properties trading at $2M, $3M and well beyond, depending on location, lot, architecture and condition.

That’s Sherman Oaks:
