Debbie & Ernie Guido have been in the real estate business since they were each 23 years old. Debbie began her career in leasing, then moved to new home sales representing major homebuilders for 10 years. (What did Ernie do?) Ernie moved to DFW in 1983, Debbie, in 1980 from her home state of Ohio after college. They met in 1989 while both were competitors in the same community, working for homebu
ilders. They founded their real estate brokerage in 1992 with the concept of being a smaller company that serves their real estate clients personally from the first meeting to the day they get their keys. They do not hand their clients off to an assistant; they prefer the personal touch. They have been able to change with the technology and have embraced that as well. This way of doing business allows for a higher rate of referrals from past and repeat clients. For every client, no matter their price range they are looking for, or if they are seeking a home to lease, the Guido's are there to assist and create a personal real estate experience with the least amount of stress. After their many years of new home building experience, they recently have designed and built their current residence on their own. So whether you are looking for a brand new home or a pre-owned home, they have the experience to guide you in almost any area of the Dallas/Ft. They are continually keeping up with the real estate market, as well as taking real estate classes to keep current and inspired. They are both 2nd generation real estate professionals; Ernie's mother was a Realtor for many years in Chicago, and Debbie's mother was an Ohio Realtor. Along with their love of nostalgia, in their spare time, they enjoy their classic cars and go to car shows when time allows and meets great people from all over who share their passion. They are also members of the local animal rescue group Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF). They foster cats, kittens, and dogs who need temporary homes that have been rescued from full shelters. They also love to travel and keep in touch with family, friends, and clients.
