We are live people! FINALLY after a few drawbacks and unplanned pauses and expenses, we are officially on the market and ready to sell this cozy little condo in Shaker Heights.

We’re officially ready to put our first project on the market! ✔️

This condo overlooks the Shaker Heights country club ⛳️ and has the whole package!

The brown oak LVT’s pair perfectly with the white and grey paint. This color combination opens up the already large living room for entertainment.

The kitchen is the main attraction with its white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops and brand new appliances!

We fell in love with the retro styled bathroom tiles that were already part of the condo. With a little TLC and small upgrades, the bathrooms look brand spanking new!

Talk about a HUGE difference between the before and after pictures!

We decided to open up the walk through to the kitchen to create more of an open concept and wow does it feel open in there! Are you as obsessed with the grey and white combo as we are??
