On Tuesday, May 23 from 6-8 pm, riders of all ages and abilities are invited to join Shaker Heights Mayor David E. Weiss on a guided bike ride as part of the County’s “Bike with a Mayor” series. 🚴

The series aims to provide residents with the opportunity to engage in physical activity with their elected leaders while also learning about their city’s dedication to providing greenspace and trails for year-round enjoyment. The leisurely "slow roll" ride will begin and end at Baskin-Robbins in the Shaker Towne Centre, with a route highlighting Shaker’s Lake-to-Lakes Trail connection and existing and future bike facilities within the City. Helmets required. 🚲

When determining comparable sales, it is important to consider the following factors:

Location: The comparable homes should be located in the same neighborhood as the home being sold.

Size: The comparable homes should be similar in size to the home being sold.

Condition: The comparable homes should be in a similar condition to the home being sold.

Features: The comparable homes should have similar features to the home being sold, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, and lot size.

*Lawnmower Exchange Program!*

To help keep pollution from gas mowers out of the lungs of residents, the City of Cleveland Heights is launching a new Lawn Mower Exchange Program.

Instead of receiving a voucher for a portion of the cost of an electric mower, this is a one-for-one exchange. The City has purchased 30 DeWalt electric lawnmowers that it will exchange with 30 Cleveland Heights residents. Residents must be willing to turn in their working gas-powered lawnmowers, which the City will then scrap.

Applications open Wednesday, May 3 at 6 PM!

If the seller accepts the offer, the deal is done. If the seller rejects the offer, the deal is off. If the seller counters the offer, the deal is still on, but the terms of the offer have changed.

The buyer then has three options: accept the counteroffer, reject the counteroffer, or make another counteroffer. If the buyer accepts the counteroffer, the deal is done. If the buyer rejects the counteroffer, the deal is off. If the buyer makes another counteroffer, the process starts all over again.

⚠️ROAD WORK: Starting Friday, December 16, 2022, the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District will be repairing road holes in front of St. Ann’s Church.

The Northbound lane on Coventry will be CLOSED between Clarkson to Cedar Rd. Traffic will be detoured up Clarkson, and the Southbound lane will remain OPEN.

The lane will be CLOSED over the weekend for proper curing time.

All road plates, signs, and barrels will be removed on the morning of Monday, December 19. Please note and make arrangements as needed.
