This story is a MUST-read! 🏡

My buyer wanted a single-family home in Shakopee but everything available was out of his desired price range. After monitoring the market for a few weeks with no luck, my buyer told me he would consider moving further away from Shakopee if it meant he could afford a home.

I took that personally and made it my goal to find him a home in Shakopee that wouldn't break the bank and that he wouldn't have to compete for in a multiple-offer situation. I made a list of every home that has been either canceled or expired in Shakopee over the last 2 years and called them to see if they would be interested in an offer today.

We hit the jackpot when the owner of this home agreed to let us see her home and write an offer. After a great showing, we got it under contract with zero competition and at a price cheaper than rent!
