Busy day today. Ryan & Becca Anfinrud closed on their first home. Neighbors Bo & Derek Lopes sold their home and Jane & I accepted an offer on our home. It was great helping everyone move on to their next adventure!

Good Afternoon Everyone. As a small business owner, I have been trying to figure out what I can do to help people in Ukraine during the war crisis. As you all know, I am originally from that area (neighbor country of Belarus) and have friends in Ukraine who are impacted. I have already organized a couple of initiatives to help out but I would like to do more as my heart deeply hurts for what is going on right now and I would like to be able to help more people.

With that being said, I would like to offer a special deal until April 15th where 10% of my commission from sale/purchase of a real estate property will be donated to a charity of client's choice to support people who are impacted by the war.
