Tasks include:

Completion of work orders
General maintenance and repair of apartment residences
Light plumbing
Overseeing maintenance projects
Property inspections
Vacant units being converted to rent ready units with the appropriate attention to detail
Grounds maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance situations
Other as assigned
Requirements:

Previous property maintenance experience preferred
Must have a boilers license
Light knowledge of electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC a plus
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
Results oriented
Must be dependable
