We're close to major Shakopee employers and attractions; Seagate, Mystic Lake Casino, Valley Fair and more! Enjoy the advantages of your rental townhouse at Eagle Creek and leave the rest to us! StuartCo communities are once again partnering with Simpson Housing Services and Kids In Need Foundation to collect school supplies and financial donations for local students and families. From notebooks and pencils to crayons and backpacks, every donation helps provide the tools kids need to start the school year with confidence.

A huge thank you to our incredible residents for helping make a difference in our communities. 💙 Be sure to check the donation flyers for a list of requested items, or stop by the leasing office if you have any questions or would like more information on how to contribute.
