This past week, we had the privilege of celebrating TWO closings with repeat clients at Kinstle & Co., and that is something we never take for granted!

✨ Jessica Knight Realtor listed and sold her repeat clients’ home in Carolina Shores North.

✨ Rebecca Ahmed listed and sold her repeat clients’ home in The Meadows of Wildwood.

One of the things we love most about what we do is having clients come back to us. It tells us that somewhere along the way, we did something right.

Big congratulations to Rachel Smith Realtor on getting her sellers’ condo in Myrtle Beach, SC SOLD And congratulations to Jessica Knight Realtor on getting her sellers’ home in Lake Waccamaw, NC SOLD! Neither property sold overnight. Both sat on the market for a little while and that’s when great agents show what they’re really made of.

Today, our team gathered for our mid-year business review to celebrate wins, evaluate our goals, and make sure we’re staying focused on finishing the year stronger than ever. I truly believe that setting goals is only half the battle. Congratulations to Nancy Tuccio, Realtor NC/SC wonderful clients on the purchase of their beautiful beach condo! For many years, they’ve vacationed here, spending time with family while visiting a brother who has owned a condo in the same building for years. During those visits, they fell in love with the beach, the community, and the coastal lifestyle.

Some real estate stories remind us exactly why we love what we do. This closing is especially meaningful to us. With two retired military brokers in our firm, serving active and retired military families is something that’s close to our hearts ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Our agent, Holli Spicer-Clepper, was chatting with them through Facebook Marketplace about one of our listings as they navigated their next steps as a military family. While that home wasn’t the right fit, she didn’t stop there. She went to work, listened to what they truly needed, and found them the perfect new construction home with Logan Homes in Village Green.

A huge thank you to Stephanie Yousefnejad Thach, the best onsite sales agent with Logan Homes, and Tara with Alpha Mortgage. We love partnering with professionals who put our clients first and make the home buying journey such a great experience.

This absolutely made my heart smile. 💜

Two of our Kinstle & Co. agents, Rebecca Ahmed and Rachel Smith Realtor, literally chased down the neighborhood ice cream truck Mister Softee of Horry County, handed the driver some money, and asked them to head over to the firefighters’ headquarters to treat the crews to some well-deserved ice cream.

Dennis Carl Bailey, who lives in Shelby and is a secondary member of our Brunswick County Association of REALTORS®, also wanted to help. Even from across the state, he sent a monetary donation so he could be part of thanking the firefighters for all they are doing to protect our community. It’s a beautiful reminder that serving others knows no distance.

What a simple but meaningful way to show appreciation to the men and women who have been working tirelessly to protect our community.

And to top it off, the rain has finally started to fall which is such a welcomed blessing as crews continue battling the fires. We are praying it helps bring relief and gives these firefighters a much-needed advantage.

I am so thankful to be surrounded by people with such generous hearts. This is who the Kinstle & Co. family is, we care deeply about our community and look for ways to serve whenever we can.

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the wildfire in the Ocean Isle Beach and Shallotte area.

Please join me in praying for the brave men and women working tirelessly to contain the fire and protect our communities. We are also praying for the families who had to evacuate their homes, not knowing what they’ll return to.

Several members of our Kinstle & Co. family, along with some of our clients, were among those who had to evacuate, so our focus was on checking in, offering support, and making sure they were safe throughout the night.

One thing that never changes is the strength of our community. Watching neighbors, first responders, local organizations, and complete strangers come together to support one another has been incredibly touching. As soon as it’s safe and we know what is needed, Kinstle & Co. will be there to help in any way we can.

We are praying for protection, for the safety of every firefighter and first responder, for every family impacted, and for the rain our area desperately needs. Please continue to keep everyone affected in your prayers, stay safe, and follow all evacuation orders if they apply to you. ❤️🙏

🚒 Brunswick County Wildfire Update: The fire has burned over 300 acres and impacted some structures. Firefighters have gotten it under a decent bit of control with some units returning to service. Back burning is ongoing off Old Georgetown Road to contain it even further. They’ll continue tending the fire overnight.

The winds have died down, allowing firefighters to make progress. Hopefully, they’ll keep it under control tomorrow when the winds pick back up. Brunswick County desperately needs rain.
