Born and raised in the beautiful state of North Carolina, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the entire state – from the picturesque coast to the majestic mountains. We moved to the coastal area in 2020 from Greensboro NC. It was here that I discovered my true passion for the coastal way of life and all the unique experiences it offers. I have two amazing children, and three furry companions – two lovable Golden Retrievers and a delightful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Our home is truly a haven of warmth and happiness, thanks to the joyful chaos that comes with raising both children and pets. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as a dental hygienist. While this profession provided me with valuable experiences and the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives, my heart yearned for a new adventure. I decided to follow my passion for real estate, a field where I can continue to help people in a different way – by assisting them in finding their dream homes. My journey from dental hygiene to real estate has been a rewarding transition, allowing me to blend my genuine care for people with my love for North Carolina’s breathtaking landscapes. Happy National North Carolina Day!

From the Blue Ridge Mountains to the Carolina coast, there’s a whole lot to love about this state!

I was born and raised in North Carolina, and after spending most of my life in the Piedmont area I followed that urge to move to the coast six years ago. I have always loved having the mountains on one side of the state and coast on the other, all within several hours drive. There’s so much to see and explore here

After many years in clinical dental hygiene, I was ready for a change. I wanted more flexibility for my family and the opportunity to build something of my own. I’d always loved homes and design, but what I didn’t expect was how much I’d love everything else that comes with this career!

The people, the problem solving, exploring different homes and communities, and helping clients find what truly works for them. Getting to help people make a home here along the beautiful NC coast is pretty special too 🌊

From Pennsylvania to the North Carolina coast! These buyers had been searching up & down the NC coast for the perfect second home - somewhere they could enjoy now and eventually settle into when retirement comes

One of their must-haves was being near a body of water. While I was attending a continuing education class one day I toured this new construction home in Haddington Place. I immediately thought of them and sent it their way…and it ended up being the one 🩵

The lot beside a pond and floor plan checked the boxes, the location put them close to the coast and Ocean Ridge Plantation offered great amenities (including an oceanfront beach club!)

When tourist season winds down and locals’ summer begins ☀️

The beaches get a little quieter, the crowds begin to thin out, and there are still plenty of warm beach days ahead

This is my favorite time of year for beach walks, and with fall right around the corner, it doesn’t get much better. September on the Carolina coast just hits different 🩵

One of those things that should feel out of the ordinary but is a regular part of life now ⛴️

Earlier this week we headed to Fort Fisher for family photos and instead of spending the afternoon on the highway we opted for the scenic route - straight across the Cape Fear River on the ferry from Southport

Windows down, salty air, sunshine, water views and boats passing by. Another one of those little coastal NC things that makes an ordinary day feel more fun 🌊
