We had a great closing with this lovely couple today. While on this journey, we all became lifelong friends. We searched up and down the coast looking for the perfect house. The proximity was very important as they wanted water views and to be able to walk to the beach without a car or cart. When we entered this house, I watched their faces and listened closely what they were saying, and I knew we had a home run! The process leading up to the closing was extremely smooth, as was the closing. We absolutely cannot be more happy for this couple.
