There is a large power outage in the area, affecting the traffic lights from Kemper Rd/US 42 up to Cottingham Dr/US 42. Please use caution when proceeding through these intersections and give yourself some extra time to get to work or school this morning. Remember to treat an intersection like a 4-way stop if all the lights are out.

ROOKWOOD PROPERTIES FREESTORE FOODBANK HOLIDAY FUNDRAISER 🦃🎄

With the rising food prices, it is challenging as ever for Americans to access enough food every day. Rookwood Properties is looking to support the community where we are based in Cincinnati, OH through a Virtual Food Drive with the Cincinnati Freestore Foodbank, from November 1 -December 31, 2022. The Freestore Foodbank’s mission is to improve lives by eliminating hunger, providing nutritious food, connecting to support services and offering a pathway from crisis to stability. A Virtual Food Drive is more efficient and impactful for their recipients, as your donation can directly support the distribution of emergency food boxes, pre-packed emergency grocery bags and Power Packs, which support students who are eligible for free/reduced lunches at school.

: we are thrilled to announce beginning this evening Hauck Road will OPEN to TWO-WAY traffic! Construction is ongoing along the south side of Hauck Road, but the new traffic pattern allows for 2-way traffic for the entire length between US-42 and Reading Road.
