A licensed home inspector will typically evaluate:

🔍 Roof, gutters, and drainage
🔍 Foundation and visible structure
🔍 Electrical systems
🔍 Plumbing
🔍 Heating and cooling systems
🔍 Attic and crawl space conditions
🔍 Windows, doors, and insulation

What an inspection is NOT:
❌ A guarantee that everything is perfect
❌ An assessment of what's inside walls or behind finishes
❌ A pass-fail verdict on whether to buy
❌ A repair estimate

The inspection gives you information. A good agent helps you understand what to do with it.
