I’ve had a few conversations lately that all sound pretty similar…

“We’re not sure if we should renovate…or just sell.”

And honestly, it’s a fair question.

Because sometimes a renovation does make sense.
And sometimes…it doesn’t.

I’ve seen people put a lot of time and money into updates, thinking it’ll solve everything
and then still end up wanting to move a year later.

And I’ve also seen people sell sooner than they planned,
skip the stress of renovating,
and move into something that actually fits their life better.

There’s no one right answer.

It really comes down to:
• what’s not working about your current home
• how long you realistically plan to stay
• and whether you’re updating for yourself or for resale

Sometimes it’s a renovation.
Sometimes it’s a move.

But it’s almost always worth talking through before making a big decision either way.
