We’re excited to announce that the Clubhouse Pool officially opens Friday, May 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM (weather permitting)! 🏊‍♀️

🎉 Resident Pool Kick-Off Event 🎉
Join us Friday from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Clubhouse Pool for hotdogs, chips, games, and a fun start to the summer season!

📅 Pool Hours
Tuesday – Sunday | 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Closed every Monday for cleaning.

⛈️ For everyone’s safety, the pool will close immediately if lightning or thunder is observed in the area.

If you have any questions or need to pick up your pool pass, please contact the leasing office.

Hello Chapel Ridge Family,

Please be aware that the current power outage is related to OGE. According to their website, high winds damaged some of their equipment, and they are estimating power to be restored by approximately 10:00 PM.

Since this is not a maintenance-related issue, we kindly ask that residents refrain from calling the emergency maintenance line regarding the outage.

If you have any questions or concerns related to the current power outage, please direct them to OGE.

🚧 Gate Access Update 🚧

At this time, a vendor is on site repairing the front entrance gate. The repair is expected to take approximately 2–3 hours.

Temporary traffic directions:
• ENTER through the MIDDLE gate by Building 14
• EXIT through the BACK gate by Building 19 (as this gate has always been exit only)

Please drive slowly and use extra caution, as some residents may still attempt to use the same gate for entry and exit despite posted directions. For everyone's safety, please follow the temporary traffic flow.

Management is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow these directions.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we complete these repairs!
