👋👋 Meet our Broker! Julie Gadwood has been a resident in the Kansas City Metro her entire life. She graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Kansas State University. She began her career in real estate as an agent in 2005 and obtained her broker’s license in 2012 when she started the Gadwood Group Realty Company. In 2019, she partnered with the national franchise NextHome to form the NextHome Gadwood Group - Kansas City’s most innovative and human-centered real estate brokerage.
