The Big House The "Big House" is a 4000 square foot, 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom property that is designed to be occupied by female Oklahoma Baptist (OBU) students.

The Big House is conveniently located just three blocks east of the OBU campus, both cycling and walking distance. It is fully furnished and decorated to appeal to college age women. It is rented by the room with all bills paid, including - utilities, cable and internet. Each bedroom maintains its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances small and large. It a

lso comes with a full laundry room with washer, dryer and storage space. Tenants need only bring their preferred bedding and personal items. It is preferred that the house be rented to a "group" of ladies that already know each other and can sign a lease together, or possibly two groups of three girls (exceptions are definitely considered).
