We are pleased to announce, the Oklahoma Abstractors Board, has licensed Choice Title with the authority to have an abstract office in Hughes County. Our office located at, 200 E Main St. Ste 2, Holdenville, will be open for business today. The plant is completely built and passed all inspections.

This is a 100% digitally indexed and imaged plant. This allows us to extend or build abstracts with a short turn around time.

The plant will also offer an online service to subscribers. Anyone searching land title or minerals would find this service an asset to their business.

In addition we will be doing real estate and loan closings transactions at this location.

This location will be a full escrow, title insurance and Abstracting office.

So this is happening right now. The state is inspecting Choice Title’s Abstracting plant in Hughes County. That means we have completed the imaging and indexing of all the land documents in the Hughes County Courthouse. That includes oil and gas documents also. So watch for our opening coming soon. As in Seminole and Pottawatomie this plant will be completely digital. Giving you a much faster completion time for your Abstracting needs. We also offer online services to any interested. Investing in your community and giving you a fast turnaround time for your Abstracting and closing needs.

Well we are at the start of a new month, with a whole set of new closings to take care of.

We are also fast approaching the holidays. Please keep Choice Title in mind for your closing and abstract needs. Last month we closed several cash transactions in less than a week. We also closed several transactions with loans in 2 weeks or less. Of course, a lot factors into a transaction with a loan, but if the lender can do it we can be ready.
