Progress continues at Camp Evergreen’s Natatorium Project, and it’s exciting to see this vision continue coming to life. 🌲🏗️

From the completed glu-lam structural system to ongoing roofing and pool renovation work, each phase is bringing this future year-round aquatic facility one step closer to completion.

Once complete, the facility will feature:
• Approx. 6,200 sq. ft. of asphalt shingles
• Approx. 1,040 sq. ft. of membrane roofing
• Approx. 6,200 sq. ft. of 3” tongue-and-groove ceiling decking
• A glu-lam structural system
• A completely renovated swimming pool
• Approx. 4,400 sq. ft. of concrete decking
• Approx. 507 sq. ft. of windows

Upcoming work and next steps include:
➡️ Finishing roofing operations
➡️ Beginning pool underground plumbing and continued pool renovation
➡️ Starting interior finish construction

This project means more than just construction to our team — it’s about helping create a space centered around accessibility, community, and experiences that will impact campers and families for years to come.

We’re grateful to be part of The Hub at LIVASU—a first-of-its-kind space designed to support individuals living with dementia through meaningful, everyday experiences.

This thoughtfully designed building will bring together:
• Salon & Spa ✨
• Gym 🏋️‍♂️
• Game Room, Club Room & Sunroom 🎮
• Market 🛒
• Coffee Bar ☕

We’ve officially moved from groundwork to vertical progress:
✔ Concrete work completed
✔ Structural steel set for the lobby atrium
✔ Wood wall panels and roof trusses installed

Now completing exterior roofing and starting interior mechanical rough-ins as the building takes shape.

These photos highlight progress from early groundwork to today, along with a rendering of what the full LIVASU Village will become. With work moving forward daily, momentum continues to build.

Projects like this remind us why we build—not just for today, but for the lives that will be impacted for years to come.
