The Next Chapter Is Brewing ☕️

The next phase of the eb flo coffeehouse expansion is officially underway.

After an exciting summer of exterior improvements, it’s time to bring the transformation inside. From September 8 through October 4, eb flo will be temporarily closed as we work together to create an even better experience for the people who make this place so special.

The interior renovations will include:
☕️ An expanded commercial kitchen
🪑 Additional seating options for more ways to gather, relax, and stay awhile
🏗️ New flooring

We know a few weeks without your favorite coffee, croffles, and waterfront hangout is a big ask. But we promise — the wait will be worth it.

We’re grateful to partner with the eb flo team to help bring their vision for the next chapter to life, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back on October 5 to experience the new and improved eb flo.

Progress in Motion | Stefanie H. Weill Center for the Performing Arts Expansion 🎥

The latest timelapse footage captures another major phase of progress at the Weill Center for the Performing Arts expansion!

Recent milestones include:
🏗️ Structural steel and decking installed across all floors
✅ First and second floor slab-on-deck concrete completed
🔨 Third floor slab-on-deck concrete currently underway

Up next:
🔨 Exterior and interior framing begins in September

With the structure continuing to take shape, this exciting expansion is getting closer to delivering:
✨ An expanded lobby experience

From Framing to Finishing Touches 🌲🏗️

The transformation at Camp Evergreen continues to take shape! Swipe through these Then & Now views to see just how far the new natatorium has come.

The building is now fully framed and enclosed, with windows installed and drywall work nearing completion. Next up, the interior will begin to come to life with painting underway.

Outside, foundations are also set for the new patio spaces, with concrete pours scheduled for next week.

From the first beams going up to seeing the spaces start to take shape, it’s exciting to watch this project continue to move forward. Every milestone brings Camp Evergreen one step closer to a year-round aquatic facility that will serve campers, families and the community for years to come. 🌲💙

Inspiring the next generation of craftspeople! 🪵🛠️

Looking back on a great week at the Quasius Kids Carpenter Camp!

Quasius team members and retired carpenters teamed up with YMCA Camp Y-Koda for four days of hands-on learning, creativity, and fun.

Safety, measurement, cutting, and drilling were just the beginning. The campers jumped into both team and individual projects, capped off by building, painting, and branding custom Leopold benches with the Quasius Construction mark!

Seeing their pride, teamwork, and hard work come together was the highlight of the week. Thank you to everyone who made this camp possible, and a huge shoutout to the awesome campers!

From renderings to reality. ☕✨

The transformation at eb flo coffeehouse on Sheboygan's South Pier is entering the home stretch, and it's exciting to see the vision come to life.

Inside, the new space is coming together with expanded seating and new furniture being installed, creating even more room for guests to gather, connect, and, as eb flo says, "come and stay awhile." Outside, the patio is officially open, with the final finishing touches wrapping up to complete this incredible waterfront destination.

This expansion is designed to support eb flo's continued growth by providing:
☕ More indoor seating for customers
🌊 Refined outdoor patio space overlooking the waterfront
🧇 A larger, more functional space to serve the locally roasted coffee and signature croffles that have become a Sheboygan favorite.

It's been a privilege to partner with the eb flo team on a project that will enhance one of Sheboygan's favorite gathering places and create an even better experience for the community for years to come.

Foundation Progress Along Route 66 🏗️🧊🌵

Progress is moving full speed ahead in Amarillo, Texas, as work continues on Endries Express Inc's new cold storage facility—our first project in the Lone Star State. 🤠

The foundation is taking shape as we work alongside Milis Flatwork to form and pour approximately 1,400 feet of reinforced foundation walls, along with more than 40 interior column pads and piers that will provide the structural support for this facility for years to come.

Built to withstand the demanding Texas climate, this facility will provide reliable cold storage capacity for Endries’ growing operations while incorporating durable solutions designed for long-term performance. ❄️

Next up: bringing the building envelope to life with interior flatwork and concrete tilt-up wall panels. 🚧

Upgrades in Motion: Dual Plant Progress Update! 💧🏗️

We’re making strides alongside our partners at Ahern on a pair of major wastewater treatment plant renovations in Manitowoc and Waukesha!

Manitowoc Public Utilities:
Working inside drained tanks with BrandSafway to build specialized elevated forms, our concrete crews are busy pouring in-place elevated launder troughs—all while keeping full operations running smoothly for the City of Manitowoc!

Waukesha Clean Water Plant:
Moving past foundation work and into the Phase 3 Improvements, our crews are renovating existing spaces to support expanded biosolids management. From carpentry teams installing insulated FRP board in the new pelletizer room to coordinating multi-trade work on the campus switchgear conduit bridge, we’re delivering turn-key construction management every step of the way.

It’s a privilege to help build the infrastructure that keeps our communities healthy, resilient, and ready for the future. 💧
