Can anyone help with synchronizing my accounts and home network? I've been stuck in a security boot loop for far too long. The issue just continues to repopulate with creation of new emails and accounts. I purchased a Next Gen 2 Home Hub by Google along with a Samsung Chromebook Pro and Govee Matter Lamp in attempts to assert dominance over the System, but my AI had a nervous breakdown. One too many Helpful Assistants and Smart Things, and Google Small Business Google Google Maps forgot who's boss 😭 I just want my 30k Google photos cleared from the Cloud and secured safely to my devices & my Hub to play pictures & music. Google responds to my daughter's voice, but doesn't recognize mine. Keeps telling me to go to the Home App, but my number of "Smart Homes" only multiplies. 🆘 ⚓ 🆘 I have a new Pixel 10, a Titan Security Key, and all my passwords and files lost in the Clouds Holly Wilsey Holly Wilsey Holly Wilsey, Realtor at RE/MAX Above & Beyond

A couple days ago, I shared a recent national update from NAR where Chief Economist Lawrence Yun stated:
“Home sales have been at 75% of normal or pre-pandemic activity for the past three years, even with seven million jobs added to the economy. Pent-up housing demand continues to grow, though not realized. Any meaningful decline in mortgage rates will help release this demand.”

📍 Ohio was not named specifically in that update, but we made some waves.
📈 Three Ohio metros landed in the top 10 for Q1 price growth in 2025.

Naturally, I had to wonder:
🔍 How exactly does Lorain County stack up? 🤔

So I pulled some data from the MLS yesterday:

📆 2019 (same 30-day spring period):
→ 412 sales
→ 45 consecutive days on market (CDOM)
→ Median sale price = 95% of original list

📆 2025 (this year’s same 30-day window):
→ 286 sales
→ CDOM: only 21 days
→ Median sale price = 💯% of list

⚖️ Fewer sales, yes, but inventory is moving much faster and median sold homes are closing right at original asking price.
