Are you looking for a new job opportunity and good with your hands?
We are hiring for a full time maintenance position at our Shelbina Properties.
Responsibilities include:

The Maintenance personnel is responsible but not limited to the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and heating systems, appliances, patios, tile, carpet, other flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners, interior/exterior lights, ceiling fans, shutters, interior/exterior doors, cabinets, windows, boiler gelectric, locks door/window/mail box, walls, and ceilings.

The Maintenance personnel is to correct all health and safety issues immediately (hazardous conditions) such as water, electrical, fire, glass, parking lot holes, exterior lighting and is to respond to all emergency maintenance calls from residents when off duty.

Maintenance personnel is to get all vacant units RENT READY and get all maintenance requests corrected in a timely manner.
